West Virginia Division of
Highways announces that the Little Kanawha River Bridge on I-77, located at
milepost 173.72 (north and southbound), will be subject to single lane closures
due to a bridge inspection beginning on Thursday, October 13, 2016 , according
to Cliff Essig, District Three Bridge Engineer.
Inspectors will be working between the hours of 8:00 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m. and only minor delays are expected. Motorists are asked to reduce their speed,
follow the direction of all traffic control devices and use caution through the
work zone.
The anticipated completion date of the inspection is Friday, October 14, 2016. Please be advised that the inspection schedule
could change due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
