BURLINGTON – The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists that changes
will be made to the intersection of Brown Road (Berkeley County Route 11/12)
and Morlatt Lane/Leighton Drive during the week of Aug. 21.
Stop
signs will be added to Brown Road to make the intersection an all-way stop and
improve safety. The new traffic pattern is the result of a traffic study
due to an increase in traffic on the side road.
